Overview

This Westridge luxurious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday villa, fully air conditioned with its own private screened pool was a former builder's model. The Florida villa sleeps 8-10 people comfortably, it is brightly decorated, furnished to a high standard and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

Built in 1992 and with 1,678 sq. ft., the house is fully furnished and set up for short term rentals, with a heated pool. Located 15 miles from Disney.

Our air-conditioned fully furnished NON-SMOKING villa offers a split bedroom design. This design allows the master bedroom privacy from the other rooms in the home. The King Master Bedroom with en-suite full bath also has a color cable television for separate evening enjoyment. The remaining bedrooms share 2nd full bathroom which has doors at either end making easy access from both ends of the villa.

Check In and Departure: As a general rule, the minimum booking term is for 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. The checkout time is 10am, check-in time 4pm, with some flexibility, if at all possible, when arranged in advance.

Smoking: We insist in fairness to all our guests there is strictly no smoking within the house. You are, of course, welcome to smoke outside around the pool area. Ashtrays are provided.

Animals & Pets: We regret no animals or pets are allowed in our villa and please do not feed or encourage any "stray" animals onto the property - you won't get rid of them and 'gators have great memories for where there's food!

Security System: For your safety the villa has a fully monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. The doors and windows onto the pool area are alarmed.

Linens: All bath/hand towels and linens are provided throughout the villa. We do include several beach towels for you to use.

Garage: The double garage opens into the kitchen for easy unloading of groceries and souvenirs.

Valuables: To protect your valuables, a combination safe is on the property and is available for your use.  The safe is big enough to hold small jewelry or a laptop computer.

For Infants: We have playpens, strollers and highchairs available if needed. There is no extra charge to use these items.

Kitchen Area

The Breakfast Nook

Contains a table with cushioned sitting for you to enjoy a quiet breakfast or afternoon tea.

Master Bedroom & Bath

The en-suite Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and is furnished with a matching dressing table, chest and side tables. There is a walk in closet which provides ample storage. The bedroom also has a cable television with VCR, telephone and answering machine, a bedside light and an alarm clock.

The en-suite master bathroom is very spacious, there are twin vanity units, a large walk in shower, Jacuzzi bathtub. The en-suite has large mirrors, spotlighting and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linens are included.

Family Room

The kitchen area opens onto a spacious family room. Cable TV/DVD and a telephone, which can receive incoming calls, are provided. Local calls can be made free of charge but if you wish to make international calls you can do so using your credit card or by purchasing a phone card available at most stores. Additional sleeping accommodation is provided by one of the sofas, which can be converted to a queen sized bed.

Living Room & Dining Room

The formal Dining Room allows for small or medium size parties. Enjoy a romantic candle-light dinner or a relaxing glass of wine after a day of local shopping.

Laundry Room

For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble drier situated in the large laundry room along with an iron and ironing board. There are ample towels supplied which should be sufficient for your entire stay.  There are also several beach towels for you to use.

Swimming Pool

The pool depth varies from 3 foot to 6 foot; an elite roof provides shade from the midday sun. The pool is fitted with optional electric heating and is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and patio tables. The exterior of the Florida villa is fully landscaped with orange bushes, plants and shrubs. The pool can be accessed from the Master Bedroom, Family Room Bedroom 3, and guest bathroom. The pool can be illuminated for late night swimming. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost.

Recreational & Leisure Activities

• An open lawn children's play area. If you have children, you may relax with them while they play in the fully-equipped children's play area located one short block away.
• A newly developed golf course (within 10 miles)
•  Highway 192 with all its attractions, restaurants, shops and array of commercial outlets is only a short drive to the north.

Additional baby equipment is available (i.e. high chair, stroller, portable crib) just let us know if you need it

Airport Meet & Greet

Should you request it, our Management Company can meet you outside of luggage claim of the Orlando or Sanford Airports. They will then assist you in obtaining your luggage and car rental pick up. You can then follow them to the villa where they will give you your door code to use doing your stay.

Please let us know in advance if you want this service as we will need your flight information and estimated time of arrival in Florida. There will be a $30.00 charge by our management company for this service.

Welcome Packs

Our Management Company can provide a Welcome Pack of one non-perishable item like coffee, tea and snack cakes. A Pantry Basket (up to 8 people) is available on request for $55. Please let us know when you book your registration if you would like a Pantry Basket.

Pool Heating

Should you request it, the pool can be heated during your stay. There is a charge for this service and a 24-48 hour notice is required. A charge of $15 per day will be charged.

Attraction Tickets

Please contact our Management Company when you arrive should you want to purchase Attraction tickets in advance.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £100 ($150) is required to cover any unlikely breakages or damage during your stay at the Florida villa. This will be refunded to you four weeks after you return home.
